Description

A classic breakfast platter featuring scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, pancakes, and hash browns.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 patties sausage
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Flip halfway through. Set aside.
  3. Step 3: Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Step 4: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Step 5: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface and edges start to dry. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Step 6: In a bowl, combine grated potatoes and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Scramble eggs in a bowl and set aside.
