Description

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup milk
- 6 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Step 4: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Step 5: The batter should still be slightly lumpy.
- Step 6: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Step 7: Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.
- Step 8: Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.

- Step 13: To assemble the platter, place 2 pancakes on a plate, top with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and a pat of softened butter.
