Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.25 cup lemon juice
- 1 pound shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup white wine
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- Step 4: Transfer the shrimp to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Step 5: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1/4 cup of butter. Once melted, add the white wine, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
- Step 6: Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
- Step 7: Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and serve immediately.
