Description

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium ginger
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions
- 2 large potatoes
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add cumin, curry powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Step 3: Add onions and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Add ginger and garlic and cook for another minute.
- Step 5: Add potatoes and cauliflower, stir well to combine with the spice mixture.
- Step 6: Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Step 7: Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
