Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add cumin, curry powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Step 3: Add onions and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Add ginger and garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Step 5: Add potatoes and cauliflower, stir well to combine with the spice mixture.
  6. Step 6: Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Step 7: Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
