Description

Ingredients
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 fillets anchovy
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cups water
- 1.5 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
