Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sage
- 1 large apple
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Step 4: Add the chopped apple, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the apple is slightly tender.
