Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin

  • 2 tablespoons sage
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
