Sweet and crispy fried apple treats

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Step 3: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Step 4: Gently fold in the diced apples.
