Description
A refreshing coleslaw made with crunchy apples, toasted pecans, and a hint of cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot
- Salt and pepper
- 0.5 cup pecans
- 2 cups red cabbage
- 1 large apple
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrot.
