Ingredients

  • 0.5 cucumber
  • Sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup tuna
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 0.5 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.5 cup imitation crab meat
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup short-grain Japanese rice

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.
  3. Step 3: Allow the vinegar mixture to cool, then stir it into the prepared sushi rice.
  4. Step 4: Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices.
