Description
A twist on the classic BLT, with the added creaminess of avocado.
Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 avocados
- 2 medium tomato slices
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
- Step 2: Toast the bread until lightly browned.
- Step 3: Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each toasted bread slice.
- Step 4: Top with a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a few slices of bacon, and a layer of mashed avocado.
