Description
A rich and creamy dessert combining the health benefits of avocados with the decadence of dark chocolate
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 avocados
- 8 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Peel and pit the avocados and place them in a blender or food processor
- Step 2: Add the sugar, cocoa powder, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender
- Step 3: Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy
- Step 4: Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval
