Description
Crispy fried avocado strips seasoned with herbs and spices
Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 3 avocados
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the avocados into 1/2-inch strips
- Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Step 3: Dip each avocado strip into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally the panko breadcrumbs
- Step 4: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
