Ingredients
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 3 large avocados
- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.5 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined
- Step 3: Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish
