Description
Tender and flavorful baby back ribs slathered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and apply the dry rub evenly to both racks.
- Step 4: Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
- Step 5: While the ribs are baking, mix together BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Step 6: After 2 1/2 hours, brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
- Step 7: Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
