A decadent baked potato loaded with crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and scallions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup scallions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 large baking potatoes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Scrub the potatoes clean and poke some holes in them with a fork.
  3. Step 3: Rub the potatoes with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Step 5: While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
