Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Roll out the pie crust and place in a 9-inch tart pan.
- Step 3: In a skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
