Description

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 4 large eggs
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast is activated.
- Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Step 5: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm). Transfer to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
