Description

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- parsley
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated
- Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Step 5: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm) and place on a baking sheet
- Step 6: Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges
- Step 7: Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown
- Step 8: While the crust is baking, cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy
- Step 9: Remove the crust from the oven and top with cooked bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and a fried egg
- Step 10: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and egg is cooked to desired doneness
- Step 11: Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley
