Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
