Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands or a spoon until just combined.
