Description
A classic cheeseburger with crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 2 slices red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands or a spoon until just combined.
- Step 4: Form the beef mixture into 4 patties.
