Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 bagels

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat
  2. Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, flipping halfway through (4-5 minutes per side)
  3. Step 3: Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and set aside
  4. Step 4: Crack an egg into the same skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to desired doneness (2-3 minutes per side)
  5. Step 5: Butter the bagels and toast until lightly browned
