Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  2. Step 2: Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Step 3: Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the pan.
  4. Step 4: Top with a slice of cheese, a few slices of bacon, and a fried egg.
  5. Step 5: Place the second slice of bread, butter-side up, on top.
  6. Step 6: Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Step 7: Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
