Description
A classic breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a fried egg
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 slices bread
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Step 2: Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Step 3: Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the pan.
- Step 4: Top with a slice of cheese, a few slices of bacon, and a fried egg.
- Step 5: Place the second slice of bread, butter-side up, on top.
- Step 6: Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Step 7: Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
