A creamy, cheesy dip with the smoky flavor of bacon and the tang of artichoke hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package spinach
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Step 6: Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
