Description
A creamy, cheesy dip with the smoky flavor of bacon and the tang of artichoke hearts
Ingredients
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package spinach
- 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 6 slices bacon
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 6: Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
