Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 8 large eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 slices bacon
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add the olive oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Step 4: Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.
- Step 5: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper.
