A twist on the classic deviled egg, wrapped in crispy bacon and filled with creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each egg with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Step 3: Place the bacon-wrapped eggs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  4. Step 4: While the eggs are baking, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Step 5: Once the eggs are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then slice them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
