Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup carrots
  • Vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound cod fillets

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish.
  3. Step 3: Dip each piece of fish into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
