Ingredients
- 1 large red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
