Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Step 3: In a separate mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
