Description
A fusion twist on the classic hot dog, featuring Vietnamese-inspired flavors and textures.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mint
- 0.25 cup cilantro leaves
- 0.25 cup jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 slices pork
- 0.25 cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 baguette buns
- 0.25 cup pickled carrots and daikon
- 0.25 cup cucumber
Instructions
- Step 1: Grill or cook the hot dogs according to your preference.
- Step 2: Slice the grilled pork or bacon into thin strips.
- Step 3: Grill the baguette buns until crispy.
- Step 4: Spread mayonnaise on each bun.
- Step 5: Add a few slices of the grilled pork or bacon on top of the mayonnaise.
- Step 6: Place a hot dog on each bun.
- Step 7: Top each hot dog with sliced cucumber, jalapeño, pickled carrots and daikon, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
