Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 0.25 cup cilantro leaves
  • 0.25 cup jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 slices pork
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 baguette buns
  • 0.25 cup pickled carrots and daikon
  • 0.25 cup cucumber

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Grill or cook the hot dogs according to your preference.
  2. Step 2: Slice the grilled pork or bacon into thin strips.
  3. Step 3: Grill the baguette buns until crispy.
  4. Step 4: Spread mayonnaise on each bun.
  5. Step 5: Add a few slices of the grilled pork or bacon on top of the mayonnaise.
