Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1 pound pork shoulder
  • 0.25 cup BBQ rub
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together BBQ rub, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
  3. Step 3: Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, making sure to coat evenly
  4. Step 4: Place the pork shoulder in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot
  5. Step 5: Bake for 6 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork
  6. Step 6: After 6 hours, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes
  7. Step 7: Using two forks, shred the pork into bite-sized pieces
  8. Step 8: Add the BBQ sauce to the shredded pork and toss to coat
  9. Step 9: Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds
  10. Step 10: Assemble the wraps by spooning the pulled pork onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of coleslaw and a sprinkle of cilantro
