Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 tortillas corn
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.
  3. Step 3: Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Step 4: Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Step 5: Add black beans to the skillet and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
