Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 cups rice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 cup beef
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes
  3. Step 3: Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent
  4. Step 4: Add mixed vegetables and cook until thawed
