Description
Stir-fried beef, rice, and vegetables, served hot
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 cups rice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 cup beef
- 1 small onion
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
- Step 2: Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes
- Step 3: Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent
- Step 4: Add mixed vegetables and cook until thawed
- Step 5: Add cooked rice to the skillet or wok, breaking up any clumps
- Step 6: Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce
- Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Step 8: Serve hot
