Description

Quick and savory beef stir-fry with a blend of Asian flavors

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 lb beef
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Step 2: Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. Step 4: Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Step 5: Add broccoli and bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  6. Step 6: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Step 7: Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to combine.
  8. Step 8: Return the beef to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
  9. Step 9: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Step 10: Serve immediately.
