Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz macaroni
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Step 2: Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.
  4. Step 4: Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  5. Step 5: Stir in beef broth, milk, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Bring mixture to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
