Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun
- Salt and pepper
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 Beyond Meat patty
- 0.5 avocado
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Season the Beyond Meat patty with salt and pepper.
- Step 3: Grill the patty for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
