Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices bread
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 cup mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cook the bacon for 15-20 minutes or until crispy
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and cook the sausages until browned, about 5 minutes per side
  4. Step 4: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and cook the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes
