Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chives
  • 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
