Description
A hearty breakfast burger featuring a beef patty, fried egg, and crispy bacon on a toasted brioche bun
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup lettuce
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 buns
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup tomato
- 4 slices bacon
- 0.5 cup yellow onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix
- Step 3: Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick
- Step 4: Grill the beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
- Step 5: While the burgers are cooking, cook the bacon slices in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Flip halfway through
- Step 6: Fry the eggs in a separate pan over medium heat, sunny-side up
- Step 7: Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster
- Step 8: Assemble the burgers by spreading a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, followed by a beef patty, a few slices of bacon, a fried egg, some lettuce, and a tomato slice. Top with the top bun
