Description

A hearty breakfast burger featuring a beef patty, fried egg, and crispy bacon on a toasted brioche bun

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 buns
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 0.5 cup yellow onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix
  3. Step 3: Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick
  4. Step 4: Grill the beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
  5. Step 5: While the burgers are cooking, cook the bacon slices in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Flip halfway through
  6. Step 6: Fry the eggs in a separate pan over medium heat, sunny-side up
  7. Step 7: Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster
  8. Step 8: Assemble the burgers by spreading a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, followed by a beef patty, a few slices of bacon, a fried egg, some lettuce, and a tomato slice. Top with the top bun
