Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 buns brioche
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined
  3. Step 3: Form 4 beef patties and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness
