Ingredients
- Salt and pepper
- 1 large onion
- 6 slices bacon
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup hash browns
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Step 2: Cook diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside
- Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened
- Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
- Step 5: Add cooked hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl and stir to combine
