Description

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cup onion
- 4 large eggs
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 0.5 cups water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 4: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and roll out into a circle or rectangle shape.
- Step 5: In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.
- Step 6: Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent.
- Step 7: In a large bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture in the skillet and scramble until eggs are cooked through.
- Step 8: Transfer dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Top with egg mixture, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Step 9: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
