Ingredients
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes
- Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl, mix until a dough forms
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic
- Step 5: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch, transfer to a baking sheet
- Step 6: Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, set aside
