Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss with flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Step 3: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
