Description
A twist on the classic Canadian dish, featuring scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and cheese curds atop a bed of golden hash browns.
Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 cup flour
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup cheese curds
- 0.25 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 large potatoes
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss with flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Step 3: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
- Step 4: Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
- Step 5: Cook bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
