Ingredients
- 0.5 cup egg yolks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups French fries
- 0.5 cup lemon juice
- 0.25 cup water
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 0.25 cup white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake French fries for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy. Season with salt.
- Step 2: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolks, lemon juice, vinegar, water, salt, and cayenne pepper.
