Description
A twist on traditional ramen, featuring a rich breakfast-inspired broth, topped with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and green onions.
Ingredients
- 1 small Onion
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Pork broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Green onions
- 1 cup Ramen noodles
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large pot, combine chicken and pork broths, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Step 4: Add ramen noodles to the pot with the simmering broth. Cook according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and a pinch of salt. Scramble eggs in a separate skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Step 6: To assemble the ramen, place noodles in a bowl, then add sliced mushrooms, cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and green onions. Ladle hot broth over the top and serve immediately.
