Description
Mini breakfast sandwiches with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on toasted buns
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup butter
- 4 each sausage patties
- 4 slices American cheese
- 0.5 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 0.25 cup chives
- 4 small buns
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat
- Step 2: Whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined
- Step 3: Pour egg mixture into skillet and scramble until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes
- Step 4: Cook sausage patties in a separate skillet until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side
