Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup scrambled eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 12 mushroom caps
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk together the scrambled eggs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the cooked onion and garlic mixture, grated cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon. Mix well.
