Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • 4 sheets nori seaweed

  • 1 cup Japanese short-grain rice
  • 0.25 cup scallions

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions using the water, sugar, rice vinegar, and salt.
  2. Step 2: Allow the rice to cool to room temperature.
  3. Step 3: Scramble the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Step 4: Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
