Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 0.5 cup chorizo
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the sliced chorizo and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.
