Ingredients

  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup black beans
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the bacon slices in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In the same pan, add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender.
  3. Step 3: Add the cooked black beans to the pan and stir to combine.
